If you need a quick dinner that’s low on effort, but big on taste, fire up the wok for this easy as prawn stir fry.

Ingredients

200g) green Australian Prawns, peeled with tails intact – we used Banana Prawns

2 cups (140g) broccoli

1 tablespoon vegetable oil

½ tablespoon fresh cut garlic

½ tablespoon strips fresh ginger

1 tablespoon Kecap Manis (sweet soy sauce)

1 tablespoon oyster sauce

fresh coriander to serve

How to

Like all stir fries this recipe comes together super quickly, so we suggest prepping all your ingredients before you start.

Once you’re good to go, heat the oil in a hot wok or pan, toss in the ginger and garlic and cook until fragrant, but not yet golden. Whack in the broccoli and give it a toss, then follow with the prawns, Kecap Manis and oyster sauce and stir-fry for 5 minutes.

Serve on a bed of rice, and top with fresh coriander leaves. So good.
