All dressings serve a dozen oysters.


 2 tbsp Soy Sauce

2 tbsp Tamari

1 1/2 tbsp Mirin

1 tbsp Lemon Juice

2 tbsp Orange Juice

80g Pickled Ginger

  • Place all ingredients except for the pickled ginger in a mixing bowl 
  • Mix thoroughly. 
  • Spoon a teaspoon of dressing over each oyster.
  • Place a small piece of ginger on each oyster to finish
